Very nice Coach House for the money. This is the perfect traveling RV for a single person or a couple. It has service records, updated flooring, and a solar package as well. The unit has been well cared for and is ready for the next adventure.

The RV has several updates from its original build. It comes with a backup camera, a fridge in 2022, a new floor in March 2024, and a solar house battery recharging kit.

The seller removed the original couch and placed a bed in the slide-out area. But since we started the listing the seller decided to add back a Coach House power sofa bed to make the interior much more like it was when new.

The coach has a gas stove, microwave, and plenty of cabinet space. The RV's bath is located in the rear.

This unit is on a Ford E-450 chassis and is powered by a 6.8-liter V-10 engine, which has been routinely serviced.

Coach House RV's in this price range are hard to find, and this unit is priced very well considering its condition and recent upgrades, and service history.
